The EMC Conversion System is an all-in-one toolkit for the EMC provider and/or submitter. The program creates a submittable batch from a print image file based on pre-defined rules for the billing system and payer. The administrator starts by creating provider and submitter ID records for each type of claims batch that must be submitted.
