EMC Conversion System 1.0 for DOS

Tired of payment delays? Want to submit electronic claims but don’t want to retype printed forms? Dayton Technologies has the solution. The new EMC Conversion System will create EMC compatible HCFA1500 or UB-92 forms from the output of your existing billing system. You will never have to retype a single claim. If your current billing system can print HCFA invoices to text files instead of printing them to paper forms, the EMC Conversion System can generate files you can submit to your payer electronically.

	The EMC Conversion System can be customized to accept print image files from almost every medical billing or practice management system on the market. Print images are loaded into the Conversion System and processed according to their pre-defined formats. The data is then arranged using the built in templates for the two supported HCFA formats.
	During the conversion process, the System checks the files for required fields and notifies you if conversion errors exist. This feature allows you to correct any problems which could cause your invoice batch to be rejected by the payer and thereby delay payment.
	All providers can use the EMC Conversion System to create the files required to electronically submit claims to their payers. MBHP providers can also use the System to create batches which can be loaded and edited by MBHP-Link. This creates a very flexible solution for re-billing and batch editing.
