The Attendee Information Manager

The Attendee Information Manager (AIM) is a comprehensive set of tools for the administration of a Community Corrections program to manage the flow of clients through a Community Corrections facility. The system provides client identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting services designed to streamline the movement of clients through a facility, and to collect and analyze the attendance records of the clients as they participate in various CCC-sponsored events and services. The AIM platform also serves as the hub of an integrated CCC network by providing links to existing specimen analysis, home detention, and other CCC-related systems.

AIM features include:

Advanced event and service scheduling

Client photo management.

Automatic, in-house, color client ID card printing (with barcodes).

Automatic, rule-based drug test schedule generation.

"Real-time" attendance tracking with automatic exception reports.

Electronic monitoring/In-home detention client "window" management.

Ad hoc reporting capabilities.

The core of AIM is composed of four integrated modules and the System Manager. The basic functions of each module are outlined in the pages below.
